               THE WEEKND - MY DEAR MELANCHOLY.

Now here is an EP that everyone has already forgotten about, i'm not a fan of The Weeknd, but this is still pretty boring and underwhelming.

Worst Song: 'Try Me'

                       CHARLIE PUTH - VOICENOTES.

Hey! This is actually a decent album, It's got some good grooves & melodies, but there are some low points on the album. So overall, decent album Charlie, this is an improvement.


Best Songs: 'Done for Me' ft. Kehlani, 'If You Leave Me Now' ft. Boyz II Men, 'Somebody Told Me', 'Slow It Down', 'Empty Cups', 'Attention'

Worst Song: 'BOY'


Rating: 6/10


                     FRANK TURNER - BE MORE KIND.

Now i love  Frank Turner, but this album is pretty lacklustre, it has so many cliche's to the point were this album leaves me pretty cold


Best Songs: '1933', 'Blackout', 'Brave Face', 'Get It Right', '21st Century Survival Blues', 'Be More Kind', 

Worst Song: 'Common Ground'

                THIRTY SECONDS TO MARS - AMERICA.


This album is atrocious, just like the album cover which is just memeable. Either way, one of the worst albums of the year, EASY.

Worst Song: 'One Track Mind' ft. Asap Rocky

   COURTNEY BARNETT - TELL ME HOW YOU REALLY FEEL.

Yes Courtney Barnett fans, i think this is better than her debut, fight me! Ha ha ha. But in all seriousness this album is pretty good, and as a person who doesn't really like Courtney Barnett's debut album, this album feels for me like a step up for Courtney. It's not great, but it's a step in the right direction. Either way, it's a better written & more refined, good job Courtney.

Best Songs: 'Nameless, Faceless' 'Crippling Self Doubt and a General Lack of Self Confidence', 'Charity', 'Im Not Your Mother, Im Not Your Bitch', 'Need a Little Time'

                           SHAWN MENDES - S/T.

Pretty much anything after Iluminate should be an improvement, and this is that, Shawn Mendes seems to be a better songwriter but, sometimes the production feels a bit cheap (Thanks Teddy Geiger:( ) which was a problem i had with both Handwritten & Illuminate. But still, it's a decent record and an improvement over Illuminate.

Worst Song: 'Because I Had You'

THE BEST ALBUMS/SONGS OF THE MIDYEAR - 2018 Wow! We are already halfway through the year, man time is flying so fast. Either way, Today we are counting down the best albums & songs from the first half of 2018. And while 2018 hasn't exactly been a great year in music (esspecially for Billboard) but i still had to make some painfull cuts for my albums list for example, Parquet Courts, Evidence, Ghost, Caitlyn Smith, JPEGMAFIA, Anna von Hauswolff, Judas Priest, Screaming Females, & Lauren Ruth Ward. ALBUM REVIEW: 5 SECONDS OF SUMMER - YOUNGBLOOD I think 5SOS are a pretty decent band, but this album is awful. It reminds me of what Weezer did on their last album (which was in my opinion one of worst albums of 2017) and somehow worse moments. The vocals of Luke Hemmings sound really REALLY bad in some of the songs and sometimes it does not fit with the production, especially on the title track where he is doing these vocal shouts which do not fit in for me, it just sounds annoying. And while there are some good songs on here, but they are not enough to make the album better than awfull. Either way, this is a big step down for 5SOS, and it's also one of the most unlistenable Pop albums i've heard this year. In other words, i'd skip it.
